The English airline Jet2 will increase its offer by 10%, reaching 640 flights per week in high season, 7% more than in the previous year, in 112 different routes in Spain 2019 year. The total Jet2 seats offered between Spain and the United Kingdom will reach for the first time the 8 million, which will be distributed among the 15 Spanish airports from which the company flies:

  • Tenerife South,
  • Gran Canaria,
  • Lanzarote,
  • Fuerteventura,
  • Alicante,
  • Almeria,
  • Malaga,
  • Murcia,
  • Barcelona, ​​
  • Girona,
  • Reus,
  • Lleida,
  • Mallorca,
  • Menorca,
  • Ibiza.

During the winter season, the airline will offer 54.3% more seats compared to the previous season, surpassing the 2.1 million seats.

Alicante, Tenerife and Palma de Mallorca, in that order, will be the three busiest airports throughout the year.

On the other hand, the tour operator of the company, Jet2holidays, will accompany the growth of the airline working directly with up to 1,800 hotels in Spain.
In 2018, the British airline grew by almost 20%, after transporting 3.1 million tourists between the United Kingdom and Spain.
